What we do

Absences, both short and long-term, are a global challenge for all business. Huge amounts of money are lost every day due to absence. And most employees would love to feel well enough to be back at work.

The biggest issue is health resolution delay – the time it takes to be seen, diagnosed and treated is increasing every year, and many conditions can be resolved quickly with the right support.

Our referral solution simply cuts out unnecessary delays by using a team of qualified professionals to assess and support people back to their best health. Many employees will return to work in a sustainable way by following the guidance from the team, reducing repeat rates hugely. Others will be managed out of the business appropriately, reducing long-term absence through resolution, not conflict, with employees being supported the whole way.

Using online tools, nurse-led helplines and guidance for all, employees have access and choice back to their best health outcome.

• A proactive and caring service – which will provide support for employees at work, when they are absent, supports their wider welfare needs, and gains access to treatment with a supporting rehabilitation plan, with ongoing support.
• Enables employees to access the health, welfare and wellbeing care – identify what they need across a wide landscape of NHS, other statutory services and third sector providers.
• Significantly improved value for money – with an average of 13 touch points per case, compared to the one or two through traditional OH.
• Improved retention of employees – keeping employees engaged and feeling valued.
• Addresses significant welfare at works issues – keeping more employees at work and identify support mechanisms.
• Clear reports – enabling informed decisions on reasonable adjustments or return to work, ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Reduction in grievance cases – through the facilitation for those exiting the business – identifying those who will not be able to return to work, enabling a supportive exit from the business that empowers the individual and line manager. Employees exit the business feeling supported.
